custom_padding=&#8221;|||35px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General description of the mandate\n<ul>\n<li>Our mandate will be to monitor work quality in accordance with the architect\u2019s plans and specifications or detailed scope of work, as well as all manufacturer\u2019s specifications and other official and recognized data sheets, in order the building envelope system meets with the performance criteria upon which it was designed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Detailed description of the mandate\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation\n<ul>\n<li>Review of the architect\u2019s plans and specifications, data sheets and any relevant technical document<\/li>\n<li>Transmission of any relevant comment or improvement suggested by the technician-surveillant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Work monitoring\n<ul>\n<li>Technician-surveillant assigned to the project to ensure quality control based on a continuous on-site presence or, when requested or sufficient, on a partly basis during planned on-site visits<\/li>\n<li>Pictures taken at all stages of construction<\/li>\n<li>Quality control ensured during the work progression<\/li>\n<li>During work progression, minor or significant improvement may be put in place, with the acceptance of the architect, the manufacturer and the building owner<\/li>\n<li>Constant communication maintained between stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>In case of conflict between stakeholders, alternatives solutions are suggested rapidly to ensure work progression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0End of work\n<ul>\n<li>Transmission of a complete report resuming summarizing each steps of the project, including daily site reports, photos and plans describing work progression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
